Looking for a small and cheapish place to accommodate just myself in or around the Bega area. Will consider anything but prefer something where i can have my own space. A granny flat, downstairs unit, old farm house or even the unused back shed, I'm not fussy. A house sit in the short term would be an option too. I would be happy to contribute to your property via sapphs or as part of the deal, I'm a keen gardener and pretty handy. We live in a great spot near Spencer Park Merimbula. Walk to Bar Beach and town. I Need someone (one bedroom available with house) who would provide an evening meal for an 84 year old lady (Margaret) who lives in the flat downstairs while we are on holiday. At the moment she has homecare Tuesday and Thursday to assist with showering and housework. During the day Margaret gets her own lunch, coffee etc, she can occupy herself (has a cat) and we will be organising community transport to take her to town for lunch on a Wednesday for an outing. My mum lives at Eden and will be available should you need her to help with anything for Margaret or the house sitting. Our main concern is having someone check on Margaret but the house upstairs can be made available as part of the deal. I am also looking at having relatives stay here and any other options. If you know anyone who may be interested or who has some suggestions, please contact me.
